Deepak Patil is currently pursuing his doctorate in OD with California School of Professional Psychology. He has 16 years of rich work experience in the field of Leadership development and OD. Before rejoining student in Aug 2015, he was VP and Head of Leadership Development at Firstsource for their global operations. He is actively engaged with Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences, Group Relations India, Silicon Valley OD Network and South Asian Association of Transactional Analysis. Deepak aspires to research in Strategic Change Management and Systems Thinking. After doctorate, he desires to consult for profit and not for profit organizations across the globe.
